You agree to use this website (including our online store) for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with UAE Law.

5. Products
5.1 Categories
We sell (a) consumables and (b) home objects, including made-to-order objects. Rules that apply to one or both categories of these products are set out in these terms and in the Returns & Refunds Policy, and our Shipping Policy.
5.2 Descriptions
Images, finishes, weights and dimensions are illustrative. Hand-finished and printed-metal objects may show natural variation, marks, or texture, and will develop patina with heat and use. That ageing is intended and is not a defect.
5.3 Not medicine
RAIR's products are sold for atmospheric and domestic use only. They are not medicines, medical devices, or treatments. Any reference to clarity, atmosphere, breath, performance or similar is descriptive of sensory experience, not a health claim. Seek professional advice before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have sensitivities. Always follow the warning label advice included with the product.
5.4 Price, stock and geography
We may change prices, limit quantities, and decline orders to a person, region or jurisdiction. Checkout in AED is the contract price. We do not warrant that a product will meet a particular expectation or aesthetic result.
5.5 Made-to-order.
Where a product is marked “made to order” or given a lead time:
(a) we begin production after the order is accepted and paid;
(b) the stated lead time is an estimate from acceptance, not a guaranteed calendar date;
(c) once production has started, the object is custom and is not returnable for change of mind; and
(d) you may request cancellation before we confirm that production has started, as set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Payment and Security
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store your payment information on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and card information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE Law, RAIR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses or damages arising out of your access to, or use of, or purchases made via this website. Although we do our best to ensure the accuracy of the content provided on this website, we do not provide any warranties or make any guarantees regarding the accuracy of such content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Furthermore, RAIR is not responsible for and shall have no liability for the content, products, services, actions, or practices of any third-party websites that may be linked to or accessible via our website. The inclusion of any link to such websites does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by RAIR. 8. Fulfillment and Shipping
Order fulfillment and shipping services are provided by our third-party partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of our product to the courier company.
9. Force Majeure
RAIR shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, cyber outages, pandemics or government actions.
10. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or your use of this website:
i. Informal Resolution: The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith informal discussions for a period of 14 days from the date written notice of the dispute is provided by one party to the other.
ii. Exclusive Jurisdiction: If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussions within the 14 day period, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai for the resolution of any such dispute.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UAE Law.
