SILENCE ARCHITECTURE

Silence is built for the point where the outside world becomes too loud. It is deep, warm and grounding, designed to slow the atmosphere around you and pull attention away from noise, pressure and constant stimulation. Chamomile and lavender soften the opening, agarwood gives the blend weight and permanence, while Attar Mitti brings the smell of rain, earth and mineral clay. It does not demand attention; it removes the need for it.

Chemically, Silence is structured around slower-moving terpene alcohols, esters and sesquiterpenes including linalool (C₁₀H₁₈O), linalyl acetate (C₁₂H₂₀O₂), α-bisabolol (C₁₅H₂₆O) and complex agarwood constituents such as agarospirol (C₁₅H₂₆O). Their lower volatility creates a slower and more persistent olfactory profile than the highly volatile architecture of Aether. Linalool and linalyl acetate are central to lavender’s established relaxation-associated sensory profile, while heavier sesquiterpenes extend aromatic duration and reduce sharp sensory peaks. The formulation is engineered around sensory deceleration: lower aromatic aggression, prolonged exposure and a controlled transition toward stillness and reduced environmental stimulation.

Chamomile

Function: Establishes the soft pharmacological foundation of Silence. Chamomile contains sesquiterpenes including α-bisabolol — C₁₅H₂₆O and azulene-derived compounds that create a substantially slower, softer aromatic profile than the stimulating monoterpene structure of Aether.

Agarwood / Oud
Origin: Northeast India / Assam

Function: Provides molecular weight, depth and persistence. Agarwood is chemically dominated by complex sesquiterpenes and oxygenated sesquiterpenoids including compounds such as agarospirol — C₁₅H₂₆O. These heavier molecules evaporate considerably more slowly than citrus and mint terpenes, anchoring Silence in a prolonged woody base.

White Sea Lavender
Origin: India

Function: Forms the neurological centre of the blend. Lavender is rich in linalool — C₁₀H₁₈O and linalyl acetate — C₁₂H₂₀O₂, compounds strongly associated with its characteristic low-intensity floral-herbal profile and its established use within relaxation-oriented botanical preparations.

Attar Mitti
Origin: India

Function: Introduces mineral depth, dryness and psychological grounding. Attar Mitti is not defined by a single isolated molecule; it is a complex distillate derived from baked clay and traditionally captured into a botanical carrier. Its volatile profile produces the characteristic petrichor signal of dry earth receiving rain.
